DATE & TIME:
24 October - 25 October 12:00 - 4:00
This year BistroMania, the great bistro festival, is held todo el día: for the first time, the event lasts a whole day, from 12 noon to the first light of dawn. No more one-night parties, but twelve hours non-stop between street food, music, and tastings: a true festival within the festival.
Among the novelties: debuts Food, the new Catalan brunch by Eugeni De Diego; followed by a series of masterclasses by Velier which will guide the public into the world of natural and biodynamic wine; for the second consecutive year Piedmont and Catalonia will celebrate together again for a mix which is becoming increasingly hotter, and to close the night, double format: official afterparty and, on the terrace, “It's a Family Affair”.
Twelve hours, two floors, overwhelming energy. Todo el día, todo Buonissima.
Sign up now to discover the featured bistros, all the new features of Buonissima 2026, and get 48-hour advance ticket purchase access.
A former power plant from 1897, now a contemporary cathedral of taste.
Originally an industrial facility designed by engineer Ermenegildo Perini, La Centrale still retains the large windows and overhead crane that reflect its 19th-century spirit, now in dialogue with the spaces designed by Cino Zucchi Architetti inside Nuvola Lavazza. Over 4,500 square meters on multiple levels, capable of accommodating up to a thousand people—the perfect space for a day that changes with the passing of the hour.
For BistroMania, La Centrale becomes the festival's definitive stage: a single space capable of hosting street food, masterclasses, music, and partying nonstop.
