Al termine della presentazione del libro, un ristretto numero di ospiti avrà la possibilità di partecipare a una cena intima a 4 mani tra lo chef Carlo Cracco e Matteo Baronetto presso Dispensa, all’interno della Galleria Subalpina, lo spazio enogastronomico inaugurato pochi mesi fa, nato dalla collaborazione tra Compagnia dei Caraibi e i Costardi Bros.

Chef's Table It is one of the most exclusive experiences of Buonissima 2025. Only 30 guests will have the privilege of participating in this unique evening, conceived as a private extension of the story begun in the Galleria Subalpina.
In the refined setting of Dispensa, guests will be accompanied on a two-person gastronomic journey, where technique, vision, and raw ingredients intertwine to create unique dishes.

The protagonists

Carlo Cracco 

Chef, entrepreneur, and author. He runs the Cracco Restaurant.Michelin Star in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II (Milan), a space where cuisine, art and hospitality find a new and personal form.

Matteo Baronetto

Longtime chef of the Del Cambio restaurant (Turin), he creates elegant and precise cuisine, strongly rooted in the local area but capable of speaking contemporary languages.
