Gaudenzio is a small bistro located in the shadow of the Mole Antonelliana. The cuisine is strictly seasonal and market-driven, featuring predominantly Piedmontese products, yet without strictly following tradition. A significant portion of the menu is dedicated to vegetables. All this is complemented by a well-stocked wine cellar featuring wines from small producers.
