This place represents a unique combination of food and culture. From the experience with Salone del Gusto and a thesis in anthropology on food as a cultural value, the team is committed to implementing the principles of Slow Food: food is part of our identity. In Turin, culinary diversity reflects a diverse society, giving life to fusion dishes such as ravioli mafe and tikka masala “bangla piemontese.” Founded in 2010 by Francesca and Matteo, the place has enriched itself over time with talents such as Alioune, Alberto and Florin, creating an environment where exchanges and relationships come to life, in a true “place” of identity.
