We are a restaurant of Catalan cuisine with a contemporary gastronomic perspective.
We work following criteria of sustainability, using organic and seasonal products from small local producers, always evaluating their proximity.
Our recipes are born with the intention of enhance the product and the territory, ensuring the best value for money. We believe this is the only way to maintain a fairer and more balanced relationship with both our suppliers and our customers.
Our restaurant takes its name from a medieval preparation of the “Llibre de Sent Soví”, one of the first European recipe books, written in Catalan in the 14th century. The central element of the support is its base, which over time has evolved to become the heart of Catalan cuisine. xup-xup: the soffritto, the essence of our stews.
We have chosen to propose a selection of natural and organic winesCatalan, Spanish, and French, each with a unique and almost personal story to tell. We firmly believe that small projects often lead to great products.
