Glug is our dream come true: a space born from our experiences, our enthusiasm, and our way of living and enjoying life. We want to create a restaurant without rules or formalities, where you can share dishes or create your own tasting menu, depending on the moment and the company.
Our cuisine draws on Catalan and Italian roots, crafted with freedom, seasonal ingredients, and a sincere approach. The wine list, with over 520 labels and six drafts, is an essential part of the experience.
We chose the counter as the fulcrum of the restaurant to offer an intimate and varied experience, one that encourages conversation and connection among those who visit us.
