Buonissima Torino, the gastronomic event that over the years has brought the greatest names in international gastronomy to the Turin capital (from Ferran Adrià to Massimo Bottura, from Alain Ducasse to René Redzepi, from Virgilio Martinez to Mauro Uliassi), returns in June with a special Summer Edition

Buonissima is the international haute cuisine festival held annually in Turin, combining gastronomy, culture, and entertainment in one grand experience spread across the city. The program features over 100 events hosted in exclusive locations and iconic venues, featuring the greatest Italian and international chefs. This event transforms Turin into a showcase of contemporary gastronomic excellence, where food meets art, culture, and the narrative of local identities.
Buonissima takes place every year in Turin, transforming the city into a sprawling stage that encompasses historic buildings, museums, restaurants, exclusive locations, and public spaces.
The sixth edition of Buonissima will be held from 21 to 25 October 2026.
The chefs, guests, and restaurants for the 2026 edition will be revealed progressively over the coming months. The full program will be announced gradually.
