BistroMania – bistro festival returns in summer, transforming Snodo and the Open Air area of the OGR into a large, widespread event dedicated to the world of bistros: a concentration of passion, taste and gastronomic freedom.

The best bistros in Turin (and beyond) come together to serve their most iconic dishes, accompanied by a selection of natural wines, signature cocktails and a DJ set that will liven up the evening until late.

Let yourself be transported by the vitality of the bistros, where every dish tells a story, every glass a territory, every encounter a new energy.
It is the celebration of contemporary hospitality, of informal welcome, of cuisine made with love and vision.

HOW IT WORKS

Upon entry you will receive a glass of wine included in the ticket.

You can choose from the dishes offered by the participating bistros and pair them with natural wines, cocktails and bitters. All in a free formula, purchasable on site.

To complete the atmosphere, a DJ set will make Snodo Open Air vibrate until late at night.
