Cene Pop-Up is the meeting of gastronomic worlds that are only apparently distant: innkeepers and stars, neighborhood trattorias and big names. Because, as we know, opposites attract.
In each event, a guest chef and the resident chef will compete in a multi-handed exercise: tradition meets new ideas, the territory opens up to experimentation, simplicity dresses up in excellence.
It is a challenge, but also a declaration of love for good cuisine, true and without labels, capable of always surprising.
HOW IT WORKS
In each of the five restaurants involved, a four-handed dinner will be held:
A guest chef and the resident chef will propose a shared menu, the result of contaminations and memory;
Each dinner will be conceived as a unique event, with narration, description of the dishes, selected wines and hospitality taken care of in detail;
Dinners will be spread over several evenings during the week.
