Very good Summer Edition 2025

A villa on a hill, a garden, three floors, a terrace, six chefs: in each space a great interpreter of Italian regional cuisine.

Vertical Dinner is a new format, unique in its kind, which celebrates the essence of dinner shows signed Buonissima: a cultural and sensorial experience to pay homage to the universal language of food.

Inspired by the story of Flashback Habitat – a former provincial orphanage transformed into a center dedicated to contemporary art and memory – the dinner unfolds vertically, through the different floors of the building. Each level tells a story of a stage in the Italian gastronomic tradition, from North to South, in a continuous dialogue between signature dishes, works of art, music and evocative installations.

HOW IT WORKS

The experience lasts approximately 2 hours in total. Each group will visit a floor every 25 minutes.

There are 9 time slots, starting from 6:00 pm and ending at 9:30 pm (one shift every 25 minutes).
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your selected time.

Punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth running of the experience.
In the event of a delay of more than 20 minutes, we will not be able to ensure the regular execution of the event, nor guarantee the availability of the seat, which will be considered cancelled without the possibility of reimbursement.

THE PLANS, THE ART, THE CHEFS

Each floor will host a chef with a signature dish, paired with a selected wine.

Each space will be enriched by artistic and visual installations, with a dedicated exhibition on each floor.

To open the evening, in the garden of the villa, a four-handed aperitif signed by:

  • Giuseppe Rambaldi (Rambaldi Kitchen)
  • Massimiliano Prete (Sixth taste)

After the aperitif, the vertical dinner will begin: guests, moving from one floor of the building to another, will discover four interpretations of regional Italian cuisine.

  • Floor 0 → Campania | Giuseppe Iannotti, Kresios (2 Michelin stars)
  • Floor 1 → Lazio | Luciano Monosilio, Luciano Cucina Italiana (Michelin-recommended)
  • Floor 2 → Tuscany | Paolo Gori, Osteria da Burde (Bib Gourmand Michelin)
  • Floor 3 → Piedmont | Ugo Alciati (1 Michelin star)

Finale, Circolino rooftop → Matteo Fornaro | Azotea 
The excellent bartender, for the occasion, will prepare cocktails in collaboration with Acetaia Giusti, continuing to surprise guests even on the top floor with a panoramic view of the city.
