Degustando, the traveling gastronomic event, stops for the first time in one of the symbols of the city of Turin, Palazzo Madama. On the occasion of BUONISSIMA, 10 Michelin-starred chefs from Piedmont, and for the first time chef Virgilio Martinez from Lima, will give vent to their creativity in the kitchen by re-proposing their iconic dishes. A tribute to taste. To accompany the starred delicacies, a selection of the best local wine references and Alta Langa bubbles.

It will be an opportunity to try many different cuisines summarized in 10 great dishes, which the public will be able to taste by immersing themselves in the magnificent hall of Palazzo Madama, for a unique standing dinner.
