Giovanni Grasso

Chef manager of the Ristorante La Credenza, together with his partner Igor Macchia he leads the Credenza group which is made up of the starred restaurant where it all began, the Casa Format hub, responsible cuisine and hospitality with a Michelin green star and Sp143, a contemporary pizzeria in Orbassano. The group's latest conquest in Turin is the Enoteca La Credenza.
