Then the great return to Piedmont. From 2014 until January 2022 he is the Executive Chef of the Resort La Madernassa in Guarene, then from February 2022 of La Rei Natura by Michelangelo Mammoliti. In November 2023 he received the double Michelin Star. His signature is the great attention to sustainability, the territory and raw materials and his rigor in the kitchen.
