Born in 1975 in Castelfranco Emilia, Federico Zanasi stands out for a series of significant experiences alongside some of the most important names in the Italian and international culinary scene. After gaining experience working closely with chef Moreno Cedroni for almost a decade, Zanasi continued his professional career by taking over the kitchen at the Hotel Principe delle Nevi in Cervinia.
In 2016 he began his experience at Nuvola HQ of Lavazza in Turin and began designing with Ferran Adrià Condividere, the Lavazza group restaurant of which he is the Executive Chef.
