Among the most anticipated events of the sixth edition of Buonissima is the Opening Dinner: the traveling inaugural dinner will take place at Palazzo Madama, one of Turin's iconic landmarks, in the heart of Piazza Castello. Cuisine, entertainment, wine, and heritage: all in one night.
For one evening, 10 great chefs Chefs from some of Italy's most renowned restaurants will cook alongside each other, amidst works of art, stucco, and velvet, and will present their dishes, combining, as the Buonissima motto dictates, food, art, and beauty.
The dinner, accompanied by great Piedmontese wines, will inaugurate Buonissima and celebrate the charm of one of Turin's most iconic locations.

How it works

The price of the experience is €130 instead of €150. - 2nd round, 9:00 pm

To ensure all guests have a pleasant experience and orderly access to the Palazzo's rooms, the Opening Dinner will feature two entrance times, at 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm, which can be chosen when booking.
The ticket includes:
- Access to Palazzo Madama, with the possibility of visiting the internal rooms
- Tasting of the 10 dishes created by the chefs who were the stars of the evening
- Wine tasting, including bubbles, great reds and whites, and a selection of beers
- Tasting of gastronomic excellence from Buonissima's partners: leavened products, cheeses, chocolate, panettone and much more.

In case of impossibility to participate in the event after accreditation, the ticket is transferable to third parties – upon notification to the email address accreditation@tobevents.it.
