The Lavazza Cloud Power Station will host the Buonissima official opening and the Bob Noto Award, born within the event in homage to the Turin-born gastronome and photographer who passed away in 2017. Each year the jury – composed of his wife Antonella Fassio, chefs Ferran Adrià and Paolo Griffa, publisher Marco Bolasco, Sara Peirone of Lavazza, and the creators of Buonissima – awards the prize to a figure from the food world who has distinguished himself in a virtue dear to Bob.

In 2025 the theme is “talent”.

The aim of the Award is to remember the merits of Bob Noto in the artistic and gastronomic fields and is assigned to the character of the world of gastronomy who has an affinity with the qualities that characterized him. All the facets of his personality - irony, aesthetic sense, irreverence, empathy - are taken as a reference for the assignment of the award.
After the one to Andoni Luis Aduriz for irreverence, to Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo for irony, to René Redzepi for creativity and to Mariella Organi For empathy this year the key theme is talent.

A moment to spend together to celebrate the great figure of the food and wine world and his adventurous and exciting life and thus discover the new frontiers of taste and cuisine.
