Agnolotti & Friends

Is there anything more perfect than stuffed pasta? Agnolotti, cappelletti, ravioli, gyoza: this year's big celebration is back to try them all!

On Friday, October 24th, starting at 7:30 PM, at the Cucine del Mercato at Eataly Lingotto, there's Agnolotti & Friends, a grand traveling dinner where chefs from all over Italy will be cooking up their interpretations of stuffed pasta, both Italian and international, blending tradition and innovation.

Starting with agnolotto, the symbol of Piedmontese gastronomic excellence, stuffed pasta is a historic dish, eaten around the world. Prepared with diverse ingredients and techniques, it symbolizes tradition and mastery, and is a true expression of diverse cultures. Don't miss the chance to taste different types of stuffed pasta, for one evening only at Eataly Lingotto!
The event is part of Buonissima, the major Turin event that brings together gastronomy, culture, and creativity from October 22nd to 26th, sponsored by Eataly.
