1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza, the Lavazza Group project dedicated to the culture of specialty coffee, will present on October 23, during Buonissima, Ham Rong, its first limited-edition single-origin 100% Fine Robusta, from central Vietnam.

Sharing Day will start at 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza Factory in Settimo Torinese, a place of experimentation and production of high quality coffee, with a appointment reserved for the press and guests by invitation. The visit to the Factory will be followed by a Ham Rong tasting through slow coffee preparations, accompanied by combinations created by master pastry chef Gino Fabbri (Gino Fabbri Pastry Shop, Bologna) and by Giorgia Proia (Casa Manfredi, Rome), key figures in Italian pastry making.

The day will culminate from Condividere, in the suggestive Nuvola complex, headquarters of the Lavazza Group, with a four-handed lunch open to the Buonissima public. It will be signed by the chef Federico Zanasi (Share, 1 Michelin Star, Turin) and the chef Yannick Alléno (Alléno Paris au Pavillon Ledoyen, 3 Michelin Stars, Paris), one of the leading exponents of French haute cuisine, in a meeting of Italian and French cuisine. The master pizza chef Frank Pepe (Pepe in Grani, Caiazzo) will oversee the menu's baked goods. From pastry to haute cuisine, the day will explore the versatility of Ham Rong through pairings designed to enhance its unique flavor profile.
