Chef's Table is one of the most exclusive events of Buonissima 2026: a four-handed dinner with two great chefs, reserved for a limited number of guests, designed to offer an immersive experience in one of the city's most prestigious art galleries.
For one evening only, the Mazzoleni Art Gallery will become the stage for a meeting between two great chefs, who will create a new menu inspired by the dialogue between creativity, research, and emotion.
Surrounded by works of art, guests will be accompanied on a gastronomic journey in which Each dish will tell a story and every detail will contribute to making the evening unique., with exclusive access to the preview of the exhibition “Giorgio de Chirico. Contemporary Enigma.”.
An exceptional location, a limited number of guests, and an unrepeatable dinner, designed for those who want to experience Buonissima from a privileged perspective.

The four-handed Chef's Table of Matteo Baronetto and Lorenzo Colombo offers a complete tasting menu that includes the two chefs' iconic dishes, accompanied by a selection of matching wines.
The price of the experience is €220.
A special rate is available for first-time bookings Early Bird at €200, until all the dedicated seats are filled.

Since 1986, three floors of Palazzo Panizza have been dedicated to the great masters of Italian and international art.
Born from the collection of Giovanni and Anna Pia Mazzoleni, the gallery has brought to Turin and exhibited in museums around the world—from the Centre Pompidou to the Tate Gallery—masterpieces of 20th-century Italian art, spanning Futurism, Surrealism, and Abstraction. A place where art can be felt.
