Contemporary It's one of Buonissima's most important events: a dialogue between two visions, languages, and ways of understanding cuisine today, taking place on Thursday, October 22nd at the GAM – Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea.
For one day only, for lunch and dinner, two chef-authors compare their art: techniques, cultures and ideas meet and cross-fertilize, in an unrepeatable experience.
The 2026 edition will be signed by Jeremy Chan, at the helm of Ikoyi, the famous London restaurant with two Michelin stars and 15th place in The 50 Best Restaurants 2025* ranking, and Niko Romito, one of the most authoritative interpreters of contemporary Italian cuisine, chef of Real, three Michelin stars and 18th in the same ranking.
A unique event, only in Turin.
*The 50 Best Restaurants is the new name of The World's 50 Best Restaurants.
The price of the lunch or dinner experience is €580.
The ticket includes:
To ensure everyone has an exclusive, no-wait experience, the event is limited to a limited number of guests per session.
Since 1863, the first public collection of modern art in Italy.
Turin was the first Italian city to establish a civic collection dedicated to contemporary art, now housed in the building designed in 1956 by Goffredo Bassi and Carlo Boschetti: clean lines, large volumes, and a lighting designed to let the works speak for themselves.
In the halls of the GAM, for one day only—for lunch and dinner—two chef-authors—Jeremy Chan of Ikoyi and Niko Romito of Reale—meet in a four-handed dialogue. Contemporary art and contemporary haute cuisine, in the same space, on a single day.
