DATE & TIME:
23 October 20:00 - 23:45
This is where the Abruzzo mountains meet the heart of Turin.
Chef's Table is one of the most exclusive events at Buonissima 2026: a signature dinner reserved for a limited number of guests, designed to offer an intimate experience in one of the city's most fascinating historic homes.
For one evening only, Villa Sanquirico opens its rooms to Dino Como, chef of Sextantio Cucina in Santo Stefano di Sessanio, who will bring to Turin a cuisine of memory and research, born from the raw materials of the Abruzzo mountains and reinterpreted with contemporary rigor.
Among stucco, frescoes, and period fireplaces, guests will be led on a gastronomic journey where each dish will tell the story of a region and every detail will contribute to making the evening unique.
An exceptional location, a small group of guests, and a unique dinner, designed for those who want to experience Buonissima from a privileged perspective.
Seats are limited. The rest will be revealed at the table.
Dino Como's Chef's Table offers a comprehensive tasting menu showcasing Sextantio's cuisine, accompanied by a selection of matching wines.
The price of the experience is 180 €.
A special rate is available for first-time bookings Early Bird at €160, until all the dedicated seats are filled.
Built in the late 19th century for the Sanquirico family, in the San Salvario neighborhood, a short walk from Valentino Park, the villa boasts 1,000 square meters of rooms decorated with stucco, frescoes, mosaic floors, and wooden ceilings, each room with its own fireplace. Today, it is a space dedicated to art and culture, having been chosen as a film set by directors such as Dario Argento and Tom Tykwer.
For one evening, haute cuisine finds its most intimate setting among rooms that preserve more than a century of Turin's history.
