On the occasion of Buonissima, the restaurant Share hosts a special day dedicated to those who believe in the power of food to unite tradition and innovation.
This is how it was born Sharing Day – Future Heritage, an event created in collaboration with 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza, to celebrate cuisine as a universal language between past and future.

From brunch to aperitif, guests will enjoy unique experiences alongside leading figures on the international gastronomic scene.

Program of the day:

  • 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – Sharing Day: Tradition, Innovation
    The six-handed brunch will be accompanied by a beverage offering that will include an exclusive signature mocktail created by the Director of Mixology of the famous Connaught Bar in London.
  • 5:30 PM – Sharing Day: Tradition that Inspires, Innovation that Surprises
    The aperitif will celebrate the meeting between Condividere's cuisine and Perrone's art of mixology, for an unexpected and engaging sensory experience.

Executive Chef of Condividere, brings a contemporary vision of Italian conviviality to the kitchen, where every dish becomes a gesture of sharing and telling the story of the region.

Director of Mixology The Connaught Bar in London, will curate an exclusive signature mocktail for Condividere Day, blending elegance and experimentation.
