An intimate and exclusive meeting with one of the most important figures in international contemporary cuisine, to discover his thoughts, vision, and creative journey. On the occasion of Buonissima, "“Meet the Chef” : the format that offers the public the unique opportunity to meet the most important protagonists in person of the national and international culinary scene.

One of the special guests of this edition is the Chef Jeremy Chan, two Michelin stars and the creative soul of the famous Ikoyi restaurant in London. Considered among the most innovative of his generation and also known by the general public thanks to his participation in MasterChefJeremy Chan brings his personal and visionary approach to cuisine to Turin, blending global influences and unexpected ingredients.

The appointment is for Saturday, October 25th at 2:30 PM, inside the Sala Ducento of Eataly Lingotto in Turin, where Jeremy Chan will be the protagonist of a special event moderated by a food journalist: a dialogue on his culinary philosophy and his extraordinary career, enriched by the presentation of his recently published book “Ikoyi: A journey through bold heat with recipes.”, already considered a must-have for haute cuisine enthusiasts.

Following this, guests will have the opportunity to attend an exclusive show cooking, during which Chan will prepare two of his iconic dishes present in the book.
An experience reserved for only 50 participants, who will be able to taste the chef's creations and experience a moment of extraordinary closeness with one of the greatest names in contemporary cuisine.

The event is free and open to the public, with mandatory accreditation via online form.
It is also reserved for only 50 participants who will be able to participate in:

  • Book presentation Ikoyi. A journey through bold heat with recipes.
  • Show cooking live with preparation of two dishes from the book
  • Tasting for participants
