With Cracco in the Gallery, Carlo Cracco takes us into his creative universe, and chooses Turin to present his new book in absolute preview.

On Friday, October 24, in the elegant setting of the Galleria Subalpina and in collaboration with the Libreria Luxemburg, the chef will engage with the public in a conversation about cuisine, design, architecture, and food culture, sharing how he transformed Milan's Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II into a comprehensive gastronomic project.

During the meeting it will be possible to purchase the volume, not yet available in bookstores, and receive an autograph.

With a career spanning some of the world's most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, Cracco has also established himself as a figure spanning the fields of gastronomy, culture, and communication.
His new editorial project tells not just about a restaurant, but about an idea of style and hospitality.
