A taste of Alchemist

Buonissima 2025

The most anticipated Buonissima event will take place on Saturday 25 October: the Dinner Show, which this year features Rasmus Munk, restaurant chef Alchemist (two Michelin stars and one green star) in Copenhagen, at Palazzo Saluzzo Paesana.

In the eighteenth-century building designed by Gian Giacomo Plantery, chef Munk, awarded the No. 1 in the world according to Best Chef Awards and chef-patron of the 5th best restaurant in the world according to the prestigious ranking The World's 50 Best Restaurants, will offer an immersive and one-of-a-kind experience, including conceptual dishes, sounds, projections, and performances.

A tale to be experienced with all your senses, created by one of the most revolutionary and visionary chefs on the international gastronomic scene. A journey into cuisine as you've never seen (or tasted) it. A baroque-themed dinner, a work of art brought to life through original dishes, created for the occasion and never to be replicated.
