Each floor will host a chef with a signature dish, paired with a selected wine.
Each space will be enriched by artistic and visual installations, with a dedicated exhibition on each floor.
To open the evening, in the garden of the villa, a four-handed aperitif signed by:
- Giuseppe Rambaldi (Rambaldi Kitchen)
- Massimiliano Prete (Sixth taste)
After the aperitif, the vertical dinner will begin: guests, moving from one floor of the building to another, will discover four interpretations of regional Italian cuisine.
- Floor 0 → Campania | Giuseppe Iannotti, Kresios (2 Michelin stars)
- Floor 1 → Lazio | Luciano Monosilio, Luciano Cucina Italiana (Michelin-recommended)
- Floor 2 → Tuscany | Paolo Gori, Osteria da Burde (Bib Gourmand Michelin)
- Floor 3 → Piedmont | Ugo Alciati (1 Michelin star)
Finale, Circolino rooftop → Matteo Fornaro | Azotea
The excellent bartender, for the occasion, will prepare cocktails in collaboration with Acetaia Giusti, continuing to surprise guests even on the top floor with a panoramic view of the city.
