Degustando returns with a special evening featuring international cuisine.

From 7:00 pm, 11 chefs – including several Michelin-starred chefs – will bring to the stage 11 dishes accompanied by great wines, cocktails and gastronomic specialities.
All this inside one of the most iconic places in the city that we will soon reveal to you, on the occasion of Very good – Summer Edition.

A SPECIAL EDITION: MELTING POT – ALL THE FLAVOURS OF THE WORLD

Degustando – Melting Pot is a traveling dinner that celebrates the meeting of cuisines and identities. The protagonists are chefs from all over the world who now live and work in Italy.
Each will bring a dish that is a symbol of their own gastronomic culture, telling their story through food.
A mix of flavours, traditions, scents and visions.
An opportunity to travel while staying still, as a great Turin native would have wanted: Emilio Salgari.

ROOTS MODENA

In addition to the gastronomic aspect, this edition will also have a charitable soul.
Jessica Rosval, starred chef of Al Gatto Verde, will participate with the project ROOTS – A journey with migrant women, which offers training and job placement opportunities to migrant women.
ROOTS will be present with a dedicated station and three female chefs from the team.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the project.
