Among the most anticipated events of the sixth edition of Buonissima is undoubtedly the Opening Dinner: the inaugural and itinerant dinner will take place at Palazzo Madama, one of the symbolic places of the city of Turin.
For one evening, 10 top chefs from some of Italy's most renowned restaurants will create an exceptional gastronomic journey, offering their iconic dishes and new creations in a journey through taste, creativity, and haute cuisine.
The experience will be accompanied by a selection of the finest Piedmontese wines, in a standing dinner that will allow guests to experience the extraordinary spaces of Palazzo Madama in a unique atmosphere.
A memorable experience that inaugurates Buonissima, celebrating the talent of the chefs, the excellence of food and wine, and the timeless charm of one of Turin's most iconic locations—but above all, food, art, and beauty.

Official residence of the two Royal Ladies since the 1640s, the castle has undergone several renovations.
The apartment of Marie Jeanne Baptiste of Savoy Nemours was decorated by numerous artists, who explored various stylistic models. The hall, designed between 1713 and 1714, celebrates the ascension of Victor Amadeus II from duke to king. Palazzo Madama was damaged during the bombing of August 13, 1943.

The event will take place even in case of bad weather, unless otherwise communicated by the organizers.
What happens if I can't participate after purchasing?
In case of impossibility to participate in the event after accreditation, the ticket is transferable to third parties – upon notification to the email address accreditation@tobevents.it.
