In the Great North – A Great Immersive Dinner
“Nel Grande Nord: A Great Immersive Dinner” will be staged in the immersive room of the Gallerie d'Italia – Torino in Piazza San Carlo.
Nicolai Nørregaard, international chef with 2 Michelin Stars and 1 Green Star, will be the protagonist of this exclusive dinner-show for Buonissima, bringing his New Nordic Cuisine directly from the Kadeau restaurant in Copenhagen.
For one evening, the magic of the Danish island of Bornholm will come to life at Buonissima, thanks to the skill of Nicolai Nørregaard and head chef Kyumin Hahn. In the extraordinary "immersive room" at Gallerie d'Italia, guests will be virtually transported to the heart of the Great North, surrounded by immersive projections, LED wall shows, immersive sound, and live music.
In this spectacular setting, the iconic signature dishes that have made Kadeau famous worldwide will be served. The menu features eight signature courses, accompanied by a selection of fine wines, from Alta Langa sparkling wines to Barolo.
