2026

Between ink, characters and flavours.

For one evening, the’Typographic Archive opens its doors to Buonissima, transforming into an exceptional dining room. A place that preserves the memory of printing and graphic design becomes the setting for an exclusive dinner, where culture and gastronomy meet.

The evening's star will be a renowned chef, who will create a menu specifically designed for this unique space, reflecting the history, details, and atmosphere of the Archivio Tipografico.

An experience reserved for a select few, where every course becomes part of a story and every table an opportunity to experience Buonissima in one of the city's most surprising locations.

Two thousand movable type, nine working presses, a story that is composed letter by letter.

Founded in 2000 by Emanuele Mensa and taking shape in 2003, the Archivio Tipografico preserves and reinterprets the art of movable type composition and letterpress printing. It is located in the heart of a neighborhood that for decades was home to the Fonderia Nebiolo, the only Italian foundry with an in-house art studio, from which the Archive takes its name, suggested by typographer and publisher Enrico Tallone. Today, it is a vibrant hub, an incubator for projects that blend tradition and experimentation, graphics and art.
