Piano35 was born with the idea and strong ambition of chef Marco Sacco, already two Michelin stars, to reinterpret the culinary tradition of the city of Turin through three words: good, beautiful and simple.
With their son Simone Sacco they start from the deep-rooted culinary tradition, reinterpreting it in an unexpectedly new and contemporary way. The team is completed and strengthened with Chef Christian Balzo, resident chef.
Dopo solo 8 mesi dall’apertura, Piano35 conquista la sua prima stella Michelin nel novembre 2020.
