The restaurant "Il Genovese" was founded in 1912 as "RAGGIO," a small restaurant specializing in wood-fired farinata (farinata). In the 1950s, it evolved, adding a cuisine that also included vegetable pies and traditional Genoese fried foods. Today, while retaining its historic soul, it stands out for its use of select ingredients, such as aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Italian 100% extra virgin olive oil, and Cabannina beef. The wine list offers a wide selection of Ligurian and Italian labels.
