Osteria Le Ramine opened in Borgo San Paolo in 2009. Ten tables in a single space, with exposed brick, vaulted ceilings and all the warmth, hospitality and flavours of ancient inns.
The chef and owner of Osteria Le Ramine is Egidio Lazzarin, known as Steven, who combines international and local experience.
It is distinguished by attention to detail, artisanal preparations, and products that are as local as possible.
His revisited traditional cuisine mixes with contemporary techniques to create dishes that simply taste… “good”.
