Founded in 1815, the oldest hotel/restaurant in Turin, San Giors was taken over in 2017 by architect Simona Vlaic, who wanted to restore the "restaurant of the past", from the furnishings to the atmosphere to the typical dishes, to make it once again a protagonist of Savoy catering and hospitality.
Renowned in the city for its Piedmontese cuisine, it specializes in "nine cuts" mixed boiled meats, as well as serving plin, finanziera, and bagna caôda. Today, it's also an original three-star art hotel.
