Trattoria Amicizia was born in the historic and popular Borgo Vittoria neighborhood.
Taken over in 2015 by the Gramaglia family, while maintaining its identity as a neighborhood trattoria, it takes on a new look, in full harmony with the culinary philosophy of the young chef, Kevin Gramaglia, born in 1996.
The menu reflects the desire for conviviality of the ancient Turin piole: dishes at the center and courses to share.
For the choice of wines and raw materials, the dream is to get closer to young companies that work with respect for the territory.
