Scaiola was founded by Alda Penna and Massimo Scaiola, driven by a passion for artisanal excellence and a commitment to providing high-quality products. Scaiola's philosophy has always been to convey the true spirit of traditional Piedmontese cuisine to their customers, with meticulous attention to the quality of the ingredients and a quest for authentic flavors.
In 2010, the choice to create a delicatessen that was also a pastry shop gave birth to the gastro-pasticceria, where every culinary desire can be satisfied. From breakfast to dinner, through snacks, lunch and aperitifs, thanks to a complete food and wine offer.
