Founded in 1815, it is the oldest hotel/restaurant in Turin, the San Giors was taken over in 2017 by the architect
Simona Vlaic who wanted to restore the "restaurant of the past", from the furnishings to the atmosphere to the typical dishes,
to make it once again one of the protagonists of Savoy catering and hospitality.
It is renowned in the city for its Piedmontese cuisine, it specializes in the great mixed boiled meat "nine cuts",
