In 2018, the doors of Condividere opened, the 1 Michelin Star restaurant led by Chef Federico Zanasi, in the suggestive Nuvola complex in via Bologna where the Lavazza group's Head Quarter is located.
The restaurant follows the idea of the concept based on the theme of sharing by Ferran Adrià and the scenography is by Dante Ferretti, Oscar winner for the film Hugo Cabret.
The name chosen for the restaurant Condividere expresses a new philosophy of taste and a way of consuming food inspired by the informal sharing of signature dishes, where haute cuisine and informal service are combined.
Condividere wanted to differentiate itself by also introducing inside the restaurant a new way to enjoy the dessert moment combined with the coffee ritual with a dedicated room that recalls the world of coffee roasting combined with the atmosphere of a refined cocktail bar.
Furthermore, in the main room there are clocks with the time zones of the coffee capitals that recall the relativity of time and some Andy Warhol-style images immerse us in a space where the word “Share” not only gives life to the place, but becomes the logic of a 360° gastronomic experience.
The same philosophy used to create the idea of Condividere was used for the gastronomic offer.
Before defining the menu, in fact, chef Federico Zanasi was guided and inspired by multiple sources and influences and for this reason he offers informal haute cuisine where the spontaneity and joy typical of a family lunch reign, enhancing the excellent local raw materials and bringing food back to the center of the table in all its “socializing power” and absolute protagonist.
