Fuzion's gastronomic proposal is a universe that is expressed in particular through two dishes: pizza and sushi.
Each creation of Chef Domenico Volgare is born from the encounter between Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, two worlds that coexist harmoniously in his dishes: round or rectangular pizzas, with Piedmontese teriyaki sauce, or 'nduja from Spilinga.
Volgare is an alchemist of taste and in his gastronomic laboratory he experiments, interprets and creates without abandoning tradition but contaminating it with extraordinary suggestions.
