SANTOMMASO 10 is much more than the name of the historic Lavazza Group restaurant, and much more than a street address. It's the place where it all began, where Luigi Lavazza, some 129 years ago in 1895, opened his grocery store, specializing in the sale of coffee blends, and where he experimented with creating what would become the first blends in history. The historic venue will reopen in 2023 with a new interior, a tribute to the City of Turin and the Lavazza world.
At the helm is a young Chef, Gabriele Eusebi, who will lead guests through Italy, rediscovering the authentic flavors of tradition with a contemporary twist. The core of the San Tommaso 10 Restaurant menu is a carousel of appetizers that adorn the table with colors, flavors, and stories. A must-see is the coffee corner, featuring an exclusive space within the restaurant, featuring 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza.
