Carlina Restaurant & Bar offers a culinary experience that combines the great classics of hotel dining, local cuisine, and a special focus on vegetarian options. The bar, open all day, offers sweet and savory coffees, aperitif drinks, and spirits for after-dinner. The menu combines food and drink in a journey of flavors, allowing guests the freedom to choose the ideal space to enjoy them. Andrea Chiuni, Executive Chef, and Daniele Santovito, Chef de Cuisine, reinterpret Piedmontese tradition with an international twist, following the seasons and creating signature dishes.
