The place

For Roberto Pintadu the grill is a choice and a lifestyle, brave and determined he offers his customers all the nuances of the grill with purity and determination.

Together with his wife Laura he is the mind, hand and heart of Bifrò: the kingdom of dry-aging/maturation in via Mazzini 23 in the heart of Turin. His story begins in Tula in the province of Sassari in 1974 and the stubbornness, which has always characterized him, pushes him to change his life many times, until he begins his journey in the restaurant sector in 2004, but it will be in 2015 that he will finally be able to realize his dream, together with Laura, of opening the first real restaurant-grill in the Asti area. Thanks to his passion, research and study of the world of meat in a constant growth of quality and project he lands on the Turin hill where the Bifrò project has materialized (a name that comes to life from two simple words, DRY-AGED BISTECCA) which has now found its ideal home in the city center.
