“Ciao Cara” was born with the idea of bringing a different way of experiencing the restaurant scene to Turin, where conviviality once again takes center stage.
The heart of the project is represented by the "small plates", designed to be shared and to accompany the moment
at the table in a spontaneous and dynamic way, breaking the more traditional pattern of the succession of courses.
A formula that invites tasting, discovery, and exchange, creating a freer and more participatory experience.
In this sense, the proposal stands out for its contemporary approach, capable of combining quality and
immediacy, technique and lightness, placing not only the dish at the centre, but the moment of sharing.
