Scatto is the new fine dining restaurant by Costardi Bros. The name itself refers to the theme of photography that characterizes the new Intesa Sanpaolo museum. But it is also a “leap” forward by the Costardi brothers, towards ever challenging destinations and intriguing evolutions of taste. A space designed with contemporary features, to enhance the value of culinary art inspired by the world of photography both from the point of view of the gastronomic offer and as an architectural language.
A local cuisine: Piedmont that remains at the base of every gastronomic thought of the Costardi Bros, with rice that has always accompanied them. A mark branded into the DNA, to be told in a way that adheres to history but also with play and fun, to create provocations and new frontiers for the palate.
