Le Putrelle was born in 1999, out of Giovanni Foresto's passion, as a wine bar in the San Salvario neighborhood. In 2000, the decision was made to expand the gastronomic choice and become Osteria Le Putrelle.
Today, under the guidance of Martino Blonda, the kitchen offers a mix of traditional Piedmontese cuisine and southern Italian dishes, so as not to deny the origins.
Great attention to the choice of raw materials, with a selection of wines from small producers and natural ones.
