The place

Fuzion's gastronomic proposal is a universe that is expressed in particular through two dishes: pizza and sushi. 

Each creation of Chef Domenico Volgare is born from the encounter between Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, two worlds that coexist harmoniously in his dishes: round or rectangular pizzas, with Piedmontese teriyaki sauce, or 'nduja from Spilinga.

Volgare is an alchemist of taste and in his gastronomic laboratory he experiments, interprets and creates without abandoning tradition but contaminating it with extraordinary suggestions.

Coffee fiber focaccia with tomatoes from our Masseria and anchovies in green sauce
Antipasto Piemontese essenza d’oriente con zenzero e katsuobushi
Crispy Fusilloni Al Bronzo Barilla with chef's sauce based on taralli and Carmagnola peppers

SINGLE DISH
Meat Plin Agnolotti in Pho:
Vietnamese-style broth with a mix of oriental spices, Piedmontese beef and hay from stable mountain meadows served with Turgia salami and Moncalieri cauliflower

SWEETS
Chef's Zio Pho liqueur zabaglione served with cornmeal paste
