Paolo Casagrande

Paolo Casagrande, born in 1979, is originally from Susegana, Veneto. Today, alongside Martin Berasategui, he runs the three-Michelin-starred Lasarte restaurant at the Hotel Monument in Barcelona. His job at Lasarte is to mix the iconic dishes of Berasategui's tradition with innovative and original flavors.
