When it comes to innovative cuisine, Moreno Cedroni is the protagonist. Ancona native, born in 1964, in 1984 he opened the famous La Madonnina del Pescatore. In 1996 he received the first Michelin star.
In the Portonovo bay in Ancona, in 2000 the Clandestino Susci Bar opened, a point of reference for lovers of raw seafood.
In 2003, the first fish delicatessen was born: “Anikò”, the result of great creative work, while the second Michelin star for the Madonnina del Pescatore arrived in November 2006.
