Born to a truck driver father and a cook mother and owner of her own restaurant, Davide Scabin began cultivating his passion early. He opened his first restaurant, Combal, at the age of 28. In 2002, Combal.Zero was born at Castello di Rivoli, which received great international recognition and two Michelin stars.
Dalla chiusura del Combal.Zero nel 2020, Scabin continua a guidare il locale al Mercato Centrale di Torino ed è l’Executive Chef del Ristorante Carignano a Torino.
