Carlo Cracco is a renowned Italian chef, television personality and gastronome, awarded 5 Michelin stars during his career.
He earned his first stars as a chef at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. He later collaborated with Gualtiero Marchesi to open the restaurant L'Albereta in Erbusco, and opened Le Clivie in Piobesi d'Alba, earning a Michelin star in a short time. In 2001, Cracco opened the renowned Cracco Peck restaurant in Milan, where he was the Executive Chef until 2007, earning two Michelin stars.
Cracco became known to the general public thanks to his participation as a judge on various cooking television programs, including MasterChef Italia and Hell's Kitchen Italia and many others.
